"Yeah!" He made sure that the monster had really disappeared and sighed with relief. With all the other things he was no good at, he knew that at least he could get rid of a monster all on his own. A great disaster had resulted from Fuguri running around the city, but he knew that some losses had to be accepted if he was going to defend his home town from evil. "Not bad for a first fight," he thought. Suddenly, though, his relief vanished when he realized that the place he had landed after his beautiful jump kick was ... his school! "Ouch! I went right through it" His classroom had been completely crushed beneath his hip. Desks, chairs, and lockers were scattered all over the place. His right foot had crashed through the roof of the gymnasium. Obviously there would be no classes there that day. "Uh-oh! Maybe it's a little bit of a problem after all." He stood in the midst of the wreckage, trying to maintain a heroic bearing but feeling quite sheepish. The End |
